Do you know dj LV? Taking over one gig at a time, dj LV is hitting new plateaus and striving to elevate his audience along the way. With an ever-growing list of high profile performances, dj LV continues to gain momentum by bringing his own unique blend of music and beats to events across the U.S. Born and raised in Oakland, California, LV is not only a phenomenal deejay, but also an accomplished drummer and talented music producer and attributes early studies of violin, saxophone and drums as the beginning of his career in music. LV credits the drums as the instrument that made it possible to pick-up, play and create intricate, creative rhythms and beats - cementing his music career as a deejay. His ability to seamlessly blend songs and produce creative mixes gradually grew from spinning at house parties to headlining as the deejay at several prominent Bay Area clubs.
Now living in Atlanta, LV has blessed Atlanta’s premiere clubs, special celebrity events, and corporate events with his unique vibe. dj LV found himself spinning at some of Atlanta’s hottest spots as well as sharing the stage with numerous multi-platinum artists such as Ne-Yo, Ludacris, A Tribe Called Quest, Erykah Badu, Cee-Lo Green, Sugarhill Gang, Kurtis Blow, Biz Markie, Queen Latifah, Brand Nubians, Dwele, Too Short, Ciara, Nelly, T.I., Robin Thicke, Usher, Doug E. Fresh, The Game, John Legend, Miguel, and DJ Jazzy Jeff, just to name a few.
LV also caught the acting bug being such Tyler Perry films as “I Can do bad by myself” and “Why did I get married too”. LV also had the honor of being apart of the Tuesday night cast at Atlanta’s Whole World Theatre where they perform improv comedy.
From the Bay to the A with a few detours in between, dj LV spins it all from Hip Hop and R&B to House, Reggae, Rock, with a few Old School classics and Top 40 in between to keep it interesting. LV prepares you to elevate your mind and your ears as he takes you to the next level by bringing back what Atlanta nightlife has been missing for several years. He’ll have you saying, “I know dj LV (no… really, I do)!”
